Chat not working?

Been trying to use chat to contact Skypoker support team but it doesnt appear to be working (have tried multiple broswers, filled out the form but the 'Chat now' button doesnt appear to be active?

Anyone at Sky know what's up? (Chat functionality where you cant actually submit and initiate a conversation is little frustrating)

    I just tested it @bongo69 , and it is working fine for me.



    "Freya M: Hi, you're through to Freya. If your query is in relation to your account, please provide your full name, user ID and date of birth".

    "Me: Hi Freda, problem solved now, but thank you, & have a great day".

    "Freya M: Okay. You too!"

    I haven’t been able to get the live chat button to work for months - the email option works ok but no instant response

    Neither have I Rose so been ringing instead. Hope you are well...did you get my message?

    Yeah live chat does not work for me either upwards of a year... just an error message

    What browser and OS are you using @Tikay10?

    Clearly an issue though if you're the only person for whom live chat is working.

    An update on this. I got an email from Sky Poker support, after which I called and spoke with a fella who was super helpful and resolved the matter.

    Interesting though that he too said about trying the chat function next time. I explained again that I'd done so this time and the issues I'd encountered (which had something of the "There's a hole in my bucket" about it)

    But it seems that the net response to the fairly wide reporting of a technical issue about the chat feature appears to be "well, it works on my machine"!
