£2.30 tokens

I never seem to get those £2.30 tokens anymore, I get 100 points in a week then come the next week no ticket. :#

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

    Hi @weetsie,

    The tokens are still issued to those who earn sufficient points.

    I'm not aware of any bugs with that particular system.

    Sorry I can't be more helpful. How many points did you earn last week?

    earned exactly 100, specifically for the reward.

    EDIT: I vaguely remember this happening before where I earned >100 points for the week and didnt get the token.

    Leave it with me @weetsie I will ask the suits in the morning.

    I'm guessing the "exactly 100" might be the root of the problem. but let's wait and see what they say.

    Hi @weetsie,

    Check again later this afternoon, it now appears there may have been a bit of a problem yesterday & it's possible it will land in your Account today.

    If that's the case, apologies, but hopefully everything sorted now.

    I can confirm your token was NOT paid yesterday, but has been paid now.

    Anything I can do to stop it happening again? Like I said I don't think its the first time. Will getting over 100 points do it?

    Hi mate,

    No, it was not connected to exactly 100 points, and there is nothing you need to do different in future, this was a specific problem under the Sky Poker bonnet.

    If it happens again, let us know please, Sky Poker will always honour their commitments in these matters.

    Hi @somniatis , the tokens will arrive in your account usually between 12 and 3ish .



    Depends how hungover sky staff are after celebrating their weekend draw.

    Ha. @mumsie is correct, the weekly Rewards Payments, including tokens, are usually paid some time on a Monday afternoon.

    When Leeds United win it's earlier, when they draw it's mid-afternoon, when they lose they don't get paid at all.

    Most peculiar. Pretty sure if it affected everyone the Forum would be buzzing by now - but that's not to say I don't believe what you & Sommy are saying.

    Let's see how it develops & if it persists, I'll raise it with the Suits.

    It's probably not affecting everybody but was wondering if it was related to some players having Sky Bet promotion restrictions as per previous post here by @EvilPingu
