I'm sure this has been noted in the Horse Racing press..... but have you noticed Nicky Henderson's record over the last 7 weeks (since 6th July '18). He's currently operating at a 50% strike rate (winners to runners), but even better than that, his last 9 horses priced at 2/1 or shorter, have ALL WON !!!!! (sorry TiKay) :)

This may well put the mockers on his run, but I thought it worth pointing out :p

For once I didn't jinx Nicky Henderson's run, as today in the BANGOR 1.50pm race, FULL BORE 7/4 Fav jumped well for it's 1st attempt in a hurdle race, and managed to win. So it's now 10 winners on the trot at 2/1 or shorter. Hope one or two of you backed it, even though I didn't :/

Tikay could you move this thread to the BETTING CHAT section please

I just googled him - he passed away almost 13 years ago.

He was with the Sporting life (the newspaper, not the online site) for most of his life, then went that went belly up he moved across to the Racing Post, which as a horse racing daily newspaper was absolutely dreadful compared to "The Life". Still is, in fact.

True, but you don't get photos like this with a tabloid.

This might just be my favourite Lester & Henry photo ever.

Great photo TiKay....... Lester has looked like that since he was 15 :D .......
....... and still does now at 82 with white dyed hair.

Top Jockey (imo) Adam Kirby has gone to WOLVERHAMPTON to ride KICK ON KICK ON for his stable in the 4.40pm Race (around 3/1)

I've just watched last weekends 'Luck on Sunday' (the programme our own Mr. Ambo is occasionally on), and Richard Hughes was on, and said that GLENDEVON would win at Chelmsford on Thursday (6.45pm race), currently 2/1Fav.... so not great odds, but hopefully it will win from a very good draw :)
