I want to change leagues in the premiership, do i just enter the new code in the promotions tab of my account?

Yes - but if you do, any points you earned today will be lost.

No, once you change leagues you earn all points going forward, but lose alone all those earned up until that point.

So really, the ideal time to change is on a Monday before you play.
