I got; Daniel C: I do apologise if you are experiencing an error with Sky Poker. We are currently looking into the issue where customer's are unable to load a tournament/ cash game. I would advise to clear the cookies and internet files on your device and to restart, of which it should then allow you to continue the game. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Daniel C: Yes, if you can't get back in and knocked out and miss a significant portion of the tournament we will refund your stake no worries
Good luck to them. Issues do sometimes arise out of nowhere so provided people don't lose out personally then all good.
It's now been escalated to the right people in the Tech Team.
I'll keep you informed as to progress in resolving it, if any.
