    I got; Daniel C: I do apologise if you are experiencing an error with Sky Poker. We are currently looking into the issue where customer's are unable to load a tournament/ cash game. I would advise to clear the cookies and internet files on your device and to restart, of which it should then allow you to continue the game. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

    When asked about a refund for a tourney i regd for and havent played any hands i was advised the following:

    Daniel C: We are looking in to getting this sorted so you should be able to continue this tournament, if not we will certainly look into this

    Daniel C: Apologies, This is a site wide issue so the games are not currently running, so you won't be blinded out. I understand the annoyance

    The problem has only just occured within last 30 mins. I dont think they would have looked at running a freeroll just yet

    Response about buy in:

    Daniel C: Yes, if you can't get back in and knocked out and miss a significant portion of the tournament we will refund your stake no worries

    Good luck to them. Issues do sometimes arise out of nowhere so provided people don't lose out personally then all good.

    It's now been escalated to the right people in the Tech Team.

    I'll keep you informed as to progress in resolving it, if any.

    Until then, there's nothing more you or I can do, so please try to be patient.
