When will the satellites begin for the main event in Manchester?

I don't have an official date to hand, but it'll almost certainly be straight after UKOPS ends. Whilst UKOPS is on, they will want to maximise Satellite opportunities for that, but as soon as it ends - November 4th - I imagine they will want to switch Satellite priority to SPT Manchester, so the likely date is Monday 5th November.
