Help with software

Hi All,

Looking for a bit of help with the software.

Sometimes when I register for a tourney and it is due to start I do not get the box to launch the tourney. I have to scroll through all the tables to find my table and by this time I have missed some hands.

Earlier I was playing and all players moved to other tables and my screen was left with empty table and again had to scroll through all tables to find me should the table not load?

Sorry if this is a daft question however any help would be appreciated.

Do you use the download client or browser?

I use the browser did not know you could download software.

I also use a MAC and not a PC if this makes any difference

I have this problem on the client from time to time. No clue if there's a fix though, I just persevere.

yeah I have a Mac too. You have to allow sky poker popups, but still generally if you keep the sky poker webpage open you'll get asked to launch the game. I've yet to find a solution on Mac.

You can load the client on a Mac also though. Maybe worth giving it a bash? I just prefer the layout of the browser

I will stick with it was just checking I was not doing something wrong

Mac and browser here as well. I go to 'My Sky Poker' then 'My Tables' then launch it from there. It's a bit quicker than waiting.
