    Hi @eddie18

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    1) You are NOT Opted in. No idea why it would not work fore you, as I understand you were able to Opt In to BIG GAME without any problem.

    2) Due to all sorts of Compliance & Responsible Gaming edicts, I'm afraid Sky Poker cannot Opt you in, you have to do it yourself.

    3) There IS a simple work around though.

    a) Go to "My Account"

    b) Then click "Promotions". (Blue Tab, top of page).

    c) Then enter Promotion code CRACKER

    I just tried that myself (I was not previously Opted In) & it worked just fine.

    Hope that sorts it, & gl at the tables.

    Been working all day not long finished but I've just entered promo code & it was accepted so all is good.

    No idea.

    As far as I am aware, the "door" does not open until Midnight.

    What advantage would they gain from being able to open the door early?

    I like the Christmas cracker but I do think its only for big players I don't get to play all the time so can't earn the high poker points to take part in these nothing for small players which is a shame as been playing on this site long time

    Well, for todays advent They can plan there night and start grinding at midnight as its a rake race.

    But my main question was how can some people know what it is before it opens for everyone.

    There's been a quite a few days where small stakes players can win something on.
    Day 1 - Boosted Social Freeroll
    Day 2 - Prize Draw (10 pts -1 ticket)
    Day 4 - £1k Freeroll (earn 50 pts)
    Day 5 - Prize Draw (10 pts -1 ticket)
    Day 7- Prize Draw (10 pts -1 ticket)
    Day 8 - Sunday Major Freeroll (50 pts)

    As I stated earlier, I don't know how they find out in advance, but there's no advantage knowing up front. They still have to earn the points required just as everyone else does.

    It's intended as a fun, Xmas based promo, but there are always a few who take these things super seriously.

    Hi @wynne1938

    Please see the reply by @Sky__James. So far, most of the "doors" have required 10 points to enter, which seems reasonable to me.

    If the criteria were zero points, there would be hundreds, thousands maybe, of players who otherwise never play here freerolling the Sky Poker regulars.
