    Good Dad, he punished her, but also protected her on the walk.

    WoW! my favourite subject. "Good Dad"
    She was not put in harms way by him making her walk , him keeping eye on her.
    I would like to hear what his Daughter thought of her Punishment after all she suffered it has it taught her not to bully people anymore. Like to think so.

    Yes, good way to teach her a lesson, bad way because like Glenelg says , you dont shame her on the internet , thats pointless.

    Create , if they haven't already over there , some sort of professionally supervised group sessions where bullys are made to listen to stories from children / adults who were actually bullied and how it impacted on their lives and made them feel . Whilst the fathers actions might seem like a positive thing , not entirely convinced its effective long term.
