Problems with cashier?

Unable to reload at the tables. Looks like nobody can buy into games and my balances is showing as £0.

    I was in a £100 freezeout when the site crashed will I get a refund?

    Morning all.

    It appears that ALL SB&G sites were unavailable from just after 0130am for about an hour.

    During that time, the sites were behind Banners once the problem had been identified.

    All sites were restarted at around 0230am, & as of now (0415) Sky Poker, along with all other SB&G Products, appears to be operating normally.

    Hi @RCL1

    It depends at what stage things went wrong, but there are a set of rules to cover this, & Sky Poker are usually very fair with these things.

    Leave it with me please & I'll speak with the Poker Team in the morning & see if we can get you sorted.

    'sorry bout the problems' i've just been in the 9o/c rebuy had to change to 'classic' to even put a bet on ... then later I FLOPPED A FLUSH ...all **** broke loose battery running low box came up, time i crossed that out the display had gone back to sky normal or woteverthefck it is no boxes to bet .....timed -fckn-out . the fiendish vision of a sure fire double up morphing into a 'timed out' is NOT what you want to see at 1/4 to 10 in the morning . WHATS WRONG WITH THE SET UP YOU CANT PLACE A BET.......EVERYONE SHOULD BE COMPENSATED NEVER MIND SKY POLICY ...I HATE GETTING RIPPED OFF IN THE MORNING.

    Wouldn't say it's getting ripped off far from it, more like a software issue which is part and parcel of all sites.

    'part and parcel' ARE YOU INSANE? if i pay a whole british pound sterling (&10p rake) I expect to at the very minimum to be able to gamble the money. Instead some screen which looks exactly the same as normal BUT IT'S SHORT - NO BETTING BOXES i was getting dealt cards, the game was continuing along very nicely thank you very much. I COULD HEAR IT. I had to figure out how to change it to classic view so i could even bet. Won a couple of handS then BOOM - flopped a KING flush of hearts LOW BATTERY BOX FLSHES UP, dealt with that, then the screen goes back to the fckD UP version and i can't bet. i had 2700 chips it almost certainly would have been 5,400 .... so no need for a rebuy and go on to WIN THE FCKN THING AND SLOT 15 QUID PLUS .

    YOU USUAL SUSPECTS AS I HAVE ALLUDED TO BEFORE NEVER FAIL ME IN YOUR GRIM ATTITUDES AND SENSE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS . It's of no importance how much the money is ... it's money, that's why we're here, granted poker has entertainment value and gives you a special kind of buzz... i'd bet that NO-0NE READING THIS (OR NOT) will refute that. THERE IS NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING,LIKE WINNING YOUR FIRST POKER TOURNAMENT.
