    That's very odd, there have been no other similar complaints as far as I am aware.

    Not much I can do at this juncture, but if you are sure you have qualified, best hope is to get hold of CC.

    This happened the last time they had a similar freeroll.
    Probably system does not update quick enough

    Hello Mr Wynne.

    FYI - Points are not awarded in MTT's until the end of late reg (if you exit before this period). Points are also not awarded until the completion of DYM's. This means the screen may say you have been awarded x amount of points but they may not actually update on your widget until said actions mentioned happen.

    Thanks @MAXALLY, that is the correct explanation and good advice.

    If players really want to earn enough points to qualify for a specific freeroll, it's in their own interest to qualify earlier to avoid the risk of missing it.
