Best format to play?

Hello, just wondering if it’s best to stick to one format of poker or do you need to play all formats to be successful ?
Should I play cash,tournaments and sit & gos or pick one and stick with it as an example.

I play all NLH formats and I'm successful at losing money on each one!

Sample them out and play the format you like the most. I personally find tournaments the most fun format but each to their own.
