Sky Poker withdrawal duplicates.

A few weeks ago, I made a withdrawal from Sky-poker.

The withdrawal withdrew twice at the very same time, I phoned CS and they refunded one of the withdrawals, its wasn't a problem, I could have deposited the extra withdrawal as soon as it arrived. I was more letting CS know of maybe an issue.
Tonight, Ive withdrawn again and its happened again.
Does it happen to anyone else ?
