Prompted by a comment elsewhere.....

If Sky Poker Forum were to run a sort of mini referendum "poll", how would you word the Ballot Paper? Here's how the official Ballot Paper looked;

Not sure you can word it any different apart from maybe having a deal in principle laid out, being part of the leave option . If that makes sense .

I think it would have to be specific to avoid the current nonsense.
    There would be no deal.
    Staying in.
    The Governments deal.
Followed by just implementing the result, no negotiations, no meaningful votes.
    Done and dusted.

Remain or Leave was the only question needed. The Governments handling of the situation however is a totally different debate.

First I have heard of this. What is this 'brexit'?, and what are the good and bad points about it?.....

That was the choice that got us here.
There are many different flavours of Brexit.
Some leave voters will be unhappy with the flavour they get.

Isnt it strange to think that we could end up with a huge majority of the electorate not happy with the outcome.
48% wanted to remain, and are unlikely to be happy with whatever deal we get.
The 52% were split between those that support the PMs deal, Canada, Norway, and no deal.
If you just took those 4 options and said it would be an equal split, which would mean 13% of leave voters favoured each option.
That means that 87% of the electorate will not be happy with the outcome.
    That's democracy.

I think the original voting form was correct...... it said, "Vote only Once"

Now! what was the result .........?

I would leave the wording the same, unambiguous.

Probably the only thing that was "correct" about the first referendum then.

The rest was a pack of lies.

If the question was the same.
What do you think would stop us ending up in the mess we are in now, again?

Does your other mate know that we have had a referendum?
I am just wondering because if we had another one that would be a second.
So I would surely have to be looking for a third, if I lost again?
