Think this is an impossible question, I keep changing my mind, but for my first stab, & in no particular order, my top 5 would be;

Dark Side of the Moon, Pink Floyd

Hotel California, Eagles

Out of the Blue (ELO)

Every Picture Tells a Story (Rod Stewart)

Brothers in Arms (Dire Straits)


I reserve the right to change my mind when I remember others.

    Diamond dogs ( Bowie)

    The travelling Wilburys Vol 1

    A Christmas cornucopia ( Annie Lennox)

    Before this world ( James Taylor)

    It helps that some great ones have been mentioned already, Beastie Boys, Eminem, Guns N Roses, Annie Lennox, Eagles, Pink Floyd, props.

    Rage Against The Machine, cant remember the album name, it could have been the band name maybe. Album cover was the iconic picture of the Monk who had dowsed himself in petrol and set fire to himself in protest in Saigon.

    Edit.... Cant believe left out Chili Peppers, instead of choosing between Blood sugar sex magik and Californication, will go for the Greatest hits album.
