Would you bet agin yer team.

I support 3 teams, Scotland, Rangers and the world famous Irvine Meadow, and will never bet against them, today I looked at the odds in the Scotland game, Kazakhstan were 3/1 and am thinkin thats a really good price, were pish, but I still cant bet agin them, 3-0 down at the moment, I still wouldnt bet Kazakhstan, and I would bet on anythin, who can pee the furthest, drink the most, all the usual daft bets, but I cant bet agin ma team, is everybody like that ?.

im English but backed Scotland on Saturday in rugby plus 19 points so your team can still win & u win

Many people are similar to you in that respect, & I think the bookies are very grateful for that.

Personally, I try very hard not to bet on events where I particularly like one of the people, or teams, but I've learned - the hard way - it makes no sense to bet with your heart, & I stick these days to betting what I deem "value".

One thing I think it's very unwise to bet on is International Games such as today's Scotland v Kaz affair. I know it's not a "friendly" as such, but such games always seem to be lacking heart, spirit & drive.
