How do the packages work exactly? I'm sort of new here! Is it just the entry fee for the tournament you win or do they cover expenses like travel costs too? I live in Cornwall so it would be an epic adventure just reaching Glasgow

For Glasgow, it's just the seat, so given you live all the way down in Cornwall, it's probably not ideal for you.
For Las Vegas, it includes 7 nights accommodation at a 5 Star Hotel on the Strip, £1,000 for your flights, entry to SPT Las Vegas & few social events in Vegas, include Welcome Party & Top Golf.
If you are new here, don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
Oh, & well done last night, 18th in the Sharpshooter Main is handy enough.
SPT Brighton in August maybe more to your mileage liking as Glasgow is a very long way from you but one thing is for certain, should you go to a SPT event you will have a great time and meet loads of friendly people.
@SidV79 Yeah Brighton would be a little easier to get to, and I've got friends that way so free accommodation is always a bonus! Although I work as a chef so my boss would probably hate me for going away in August, I'm sure I can win him round though! Where else do they do the SPT tournaments?
That's pretty crazy when you think about it, half the money for 1/3 the time travelling, I know what I'd do! I might have a go at getting into the Brighton one, it would be a good excuse for some time off in the summer and some time away from the kids too ha ha

It guarantees 4 x £4,000 packages to Las Vegas, and currently has just 16 runners.

Whatever happens, 4 players will win one of those packages tonight. Please note you MUST be 21 to win a package.

Plenty of Micros at £5.25 & £10.50.
There are some gorgeous luxury hotels in Glasgow too, if you want to stay over, & Glasgow has tremendous modern public transport.

Good point, @rabdeniro

Granted I'm a little further north than you, Bristol, but Glasgow is the cheapest and quickest for me to get to.
Return train tickets to Manchester, Nottingham and Brighton range from £70 - 100 and times from 3-6 hours.
Return flights to Glasgow are £50 and take just over 1 hour.
