    Hi @davhotred

    Yes, it finished on time, just before 0745 this morning.

    I'm not aware of anyone else experiencing problems, but that does not mean you are wrong.

    What MTT are you playing when you experienced the issue? I had a look, but if "Find A Player" is accurate, you are not presently playing any MTT tables.

    Let us know if the problem persists, please, & I'll have a word with Upstairs.

    I was about to start a thread about further problems following the latest update, but then I found this one.

    I played the Vegas £2.25 satellite at 11.50am and had the same problem. Just prior to the tournament the lobby was only saying there was 3 players entered. Then at 11.50am the lobby said 'waiting to open' despite there still only being 3 players (minimum 4 starters). The table eventually opened and the tournament had already started, and having looked back at the Hand History, I missed the first hand, and obviously the 20 second countdown. There were 2 players still AWAY for the next hand, and 1 for the whole tournament (he may have forgot he entered, as he had been in the lobby since 9am-ish).
    During the tournament the lobby didnt update at all.

    I played one of the £20 freerolls just to see if it was any different, and the table did load straightaway (though the tournament had already started), but the lobby was very slow updating.

    I have noticed the first problem before when players aren't there for the first hand or two, (they are flagged up as AWAY even before the timer for them to play has started).
    My mate Will (HANSON) has confirmed this has happened to him many times before. Apparently he plays through IE, and I always play through Chrome

    I hope something can be found to sort this because it is a bit annoying. :)

    Would be even more so if I miss AAces first hand...... ever hopeful :)

    Have spoken to the Office, & this has now been passed to Team Techie for them to investigate fully.

    I've just played the 1.50pm Vegas sat. and everything was fine, everyone was there and the Tourney lobby was updating ok.

    It might have needed time to 'bed-in'.

    Hi Jez

    When playing on Chrome you will need to update "site settings" for Flash to run EVERY time you load the lobby...click on the padlock in the address bar and you will get a dropdown menu, click allow for Flash. Then close menu where you will get another dropdown with RELOAD on, click and all will be hunky dory

    When playing on Chrome (& perhaps other Browsers, but certainly Chrome?) the advice to re-enable Flash each time seems to be very important, so that's a starting point.

    I have to ALLOW it every day, which I always do when i first log-in in a morning but things weren't right earlier after the update, but 'Teekster the Tweekster' has sorted it now, everythings running smoothly thank you TiKay and the Team, I even won a sat. (5th attempt) so it must be fine :)
