No horse finished , and has it ever happened in a nh race ...so googled it and come up with this from 2011>>>>

Who would have bet on that? History is made as all the horses in a race fail to finish

The old gag 'I backed a horse at 10 to one and it came home at half past eight' had more than a ring of truth about it after the 4.25 at Towcester.

Not a single horse crossed the finishing line, leaving disappointed punters clutching their betting slips at the winning post.

And the reason? A remounting rule, introduced two years ago to improve race safety.

Two of the four horses had already fallen by the time Adrian Lane came a-cropper on his steed, which then caused the last remaining jockey, Peter Toole, to take a tumble - and history was made.

It is the first time ever that no horses have finished a race after every horse fell, meaning it was declared void.

Two horses looked like they were going to make it to the end but they both fell at the last fence.

Identity Parade unseated Lane after trying to clear the final fence on the two-mile novice chase.

This hampered the last remaining horse, Dreaper's Radharc Na Mara causing Toole to be thrown off despite being four lengths (about 10 metres) behind when Identity Parade went down.

Two other horses, Cengiz and Khukov, fell earlier in the race at the same fence.

Because of the remounting rule (which applies to races in England), none of the jockeys was allowed to remount meaning the race was struck from the record
