Couple of questions regarding the UKOPS Leaderboard. Apologies if they are already answered somewhere.
Do you need to opt in?
If the winner already has won an SPT Vegas seat, does it go to the runner up and so on?

No, you do NOT need to Opt In.
Yes, if you win it but have already won a 2019 SPT Las Vegas Package, you will get bumped down to 2nd & get 2nd place prize money, with the 2nd place getting the package.
