Who won what on Monday? A remarkable double, might be the first time ever?

MARKSMAN MAIN

This just about fell over the Guarantee line. Lots of really good football on TV this week, so it'll be a struggle for the next few days, Tuesday & Wednesday in particular.

Can't say I know too much about the winner, Vskyshark, but he had a great evening, winning this one, which began at 8pm & then completing a quick double by taking down the £750 BH which kicked off 15 minutes later. A more striking double was to occur later in the evening though.

I doubt runner-up brince345 has ever had a better result here, wp wp, whereas 3rd placed TBLTDK is a regular occupant of the Winners Enclosure, despite only playing 1 or 2 MTT's per session.

In 4th was buddha350, who has trousered over £18,000 of profit in just 500 or so MTT's here.

5th was MRBLEWPIE, who I fancy is better at PLO than NLH, though he seems to do well at both.

@Vskyshark 1020000 1 £833.85 + £224.55 Head Prizes 4

@brince345 0 2 £500.31 + £214.32 Head Prizes 9

@TBLTDK 0 3 £306 + £130.79 Head Prizes 7

@buddha350 0 4 £240.21 + £103.62 Head Prizes 7

@MRBLEWPIE 0 5 £205.02 + £92.52 Head Prizes 3

@JamieReyes 0 6 £172.58 + £151.53 Head Prizes 10

Our old mate oynutter made an appearance in 11th which I was pleased to see, life's been tough for him in recent years but he somehow survives.

@oynutter 0 11 £58.14 + £79.45 Head Prizes

Man-of-the-moment chrisdonkb was 19th, I'm expecting a big UKOPS from him.

@chrisdonkb 0 19 £28.83 Head Prizes 2

Here's a name I've not seem much recently, making a re-appearance after 3 months away. Hats off to him.

Meanwhile, it was Walk of Shame time for Villain Bates & Kerrnal.

    Not too much of great import to report in this one, though what a night @tomgoodun had, 4th in this, and as a bonus he took down the 7.45pm 26 runner £3 PLO8. Proper wolf in sheep's clothing is Tom.

    SHERIFF

    The win went to @StayorGo, the first leg of a remarkable double, more on which later, with a whole gaggle of heavy-hitters battling for the win.

    @StayOrGo 210000 1 £420 + £261.60 Head Prizes 5

    @GSmith13 0 2 £262.50 + £62.99 Head Prizes 2

    @RUNITSRANN 0 3 £157.50 + £83.21 Head Prizes 3

    @albaking 0 4 £115.50 + £18.75 Head Prizes 1

    @mumahumpa 0 5 £94.50 + £98.44 Head Prizes 5

    @jimmytoon 0 6 £75.01 Head Prizes 3

    Look at this little lot, too, just off the Final......

    @cpfc_2010 0 7 £18.75 Head Prizes 1

    @alancarr12 0 10 0

    @SenorBegs 0 11 £32.81 Head Prizes 1

    Not such a good outing for these two class acts though, both suffering shock early exits.

    QUICKDRAW

    Not sure this has ever happened before - back to back wins by father & son? Graham won the Sheriff, & Gary/George the Quickdraw. These two need to be stopped.

    Fine effort in 2nd by Kerrnal too.

    @Limp2Lose 150000 1 £300 + £309.36 Head Prizes 7

    @Kerrnal 0 2 £187.50 + £60.94 Head Prizes 3

    @chapperman 0 3 £112.50 + £65.63 Head Prizes 3

    @SenorBegs 0 4 £82.50 + £56.25 Head Prizes 3

    @Monty15 0 5 £67.50 + £18.75 Head Prizes 1

    @scotty77 0 6 £37.50 Head Prizes 2

    And, as per, the rest of the artillery were not far behind;

    @GSmith13 0 7 £18.75 Head Prizes 1

    @MattBates 0 8 £89.07 Head Prizes 4

    @luckme002 0 12 0

    @StayOrGo 0 13 £37.50 Head Prizes 2

    None other than Ambo in 26th, presumably enjoying some relaxing poker after a hard week over at Betting Emporium doing write-ups & battling with the bookies on the Aintree Festival.

    Many thanks for the "Shout Out" @Tikay10

    Yes the Carter boys ran well yesterday.

    Gary is mainly a cash player now, but does play the QUICKDRAW and MAIN EVENT now and again.

    Good to see him doing well.

    As for me, well I am in my 50's now, but nice to be able to hold my own against these talented youngster on occasions.

    The FT of the Sheriff was played in very good spirit and was quite a battle against @RUNITSRANN and @GSmith13 both nice lads and great players.

    Cheers,

    G

    Good evening
    Thanks for the mention Mr.K.
    The PL08 was particularly satisfying as I had to beat that luckbox Steve @safc71 heads up 😉
