Can anyone confirm if the payouts from last weeks leaderboard have been processed yet?
I'm struggling to find it in my account history and know that Sky usually get these things wrapped up pretty quickly. I'm also aware we're in the middle of a bank holiday weekend so things might be a little slower of course.

Shockingly I just received an email from skybet saying that I didn't opt in for the week so won't receive any points, the button on the page says I'm opted in and I made sure it did before the start of the promotion which I can prove, so there must be an error.
How do I go about investigating this? As I'm in the process of playing towards the promotion and I'm not really getting any response via help and support.

I replied to you as soon as you raised the question, & I forwarded it to the Office.
I was not aware at the time, but you also contacted Sky Poker Support today, they investigated it immediately too, & they replied to you.
I have pushed back at the Office & they have told me they will delve further, which I guess will be tonight or tomorrow now. I can't do any more than that right now, sorry.
I don't really think there's anything else you can do right now.
Annoyingly I haven't really played at all this month, was only going for it this week but I definitely opted in beforehand as the "you have already opted in" message has been showing since I started

First up, the obvious question - are you definitely Opted In?
Assuming you are, I'll get it checked for you. Might not be today, but I should be able to get back to you today or tomorrow latest.
Please don't be concerned, if you are entitled to be in the Leaderboard, you will be.

Got mine promptly yesterday morning.

My understanding was these were all paid mid-morning yesterday.
If that were not the case, pretty sure the Forum would have had a really busy day yesterday.....
