Sat Reg

There is an issue for the business when people reg for a target tourny to play sats for cash and unreg later. Is it possible to create in software that a winning sat tix gets registered and original entry gets refunded. Would remove the need to find ways of discouraging people that may impact in other ways.

For very obvious reasons, I doubt there will be any significant software changes on the horizon.

    Have any announcements been made.

Not that I've seen, though I think there have been comments previously from Sky people insinuating that software changes are a none starter given what is potentially around the corner.

    Makes sense as well.

I would be very surprised if they integrated any time soon. They recently fixed a long standing bug which is the reason i brought it up. It may be they now have better access to tech.

Fixing a bug is one thing.
Making software adjustments is entirely another thing.

Maybe it's possible and relatively straightforward to implement, but I wouldn't get your hopes up for fairly obvious reasons.

It appears "obvious" to me, that for a long time, Sky have just been running their software into the ground. No real enhancements/changes/fixes, it will be replacement and/or movement to the STARS platform.

Not a criticism just the way it is. We all know that surely?

I must be mad. I like Sky's software. Maybe because I'm so accustomed to it but I never have any problems with it, so, I have no problem with it.

That said we are in limbo but no news is good news.
