Who pays for the Insurance?
The manufacturers as its their software in control?
Or
The driver who is not in control?

    Drivers will pay for insurance as normal.

    Driverless cars will have two modes, where you drive them or you switch them to self-drive.

    If you crash whilst your driving, insurance cover as per normal.
    If the self drive crashes, insurance as normal, but the insurance companies will persue the manufacturer for compensation.
