    I was lucky enough to get drawn, but what is the etiquette if your opponent is sitting out, mash the raise button or wait a bit?

    Up to you. Some will let timer go down and wait. But your opponent has opted in and not paid attention to the start time or date. Should be no harm in mashing the raise button

    I think if someone is going to play they will be there from the start, if not its fairly unlikely they will be back.
