This Twitter thread is well worth a read - you need to scroll down & read all the comments though.
It's a really interesting look at the psychology of online debating, with responses split roughly 50-50 based, one assumes, on their like or dislike of Farage. Every single reply is based on partisan feelings. And of course NOBODY knows the answer.
It does not matter a hoot to me whether it's him or not, that's not the point at all.
Fascinating stuff.
The responses on here (if any) will be the same.

Fair point it may well not be
You could just as easily have linked to a multitude of twitter accounts if you were solely interested in illustrating the divide of opinion about him .
i remember you once saying you were a Socialist...
The other day you were posting articles singing the praise of Claire Fox the Brexit Party candidate.
She defends the rights of people like Gary Glitter to view child po rnog raphy on line, as well as Jihadi videos, not to mention supporting IRA bombers.
Now you are a Nigel fan.
As far as Nigel is concerned, he supplies so much genuine ammunition, there is absolutely no need for anyone to smear.
Incidentally , in case you didn't read the thread title , it's about Nigel Farage , not about me .
With the Brexit Party riding high in the polls, it may not come as a surprise to find that its leader is also gaining in popularity.
A new favourability poll for party leaders by YouGov has found that Nigel Farage is now officially more popular than both Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn.
The results bring yet more cheer to Mr Farage, whose party is set to win the EU elections next week.
He made a campaign visit to Essex nightclub Sugar Hut - favoured by the cast of Towie - and told a crowded room: "The Only Way Is Brexit.”
The Brexit Party founder was welcomed to the club in Brentwood by owner Mick Norcross ahead of next week's elections.
Mr Farage said: "I thought if we won the Brexit battle our politicians would simply have to deliver it.
"I've now learnt that this battle is about far more than Brexit, this battle actually is about democracy.
"It's about whether we are a democratic nation, it's about whether we have a bond of trust between us and those that govern us, it's about how the rest of the world looks at us.
"We used to be an admired country. This Prime Minister and our Parliament have turned us into a laughing stock.”
Just to be clear freedom of speech does not cover making false claims, and if you did this I would have legal recourse.
If this occurred I would prefer the services of EssexPhil, rather than a socialist, or you.
