Help- accidentally deregistered from tourney

I satellited into the £6000 Summit B/Hunter on Tuesday evening and accidentally deregistered whilst in the tournament lobby. I chatted with a lady from admin who assured me that the registration fee had been returned to my account yet I have checked and re checked and it hasnt yet been returned. Is there anyone from admin around please

    Accidentally de registered? You mean you was hoping to get the £110 back :smile:

    Next time if the MTT your trying to satellite into hasn't started then register for it. Win the seat ( Before MTT starts) then de register from The MTT your trying to sattilite in to get the Buy in back.

    Contact Customer support again if you dont think it has got back to your account. But im almost certain that if they have said they have refunded it then they probably have.

    If you satellite into a tourney and then de-register, you normally don't get the entry fee of the target tourney back 'coz you didn't pay the full amount. To de-register, you also have to CONFIRM the de-reg..... so it's difficult to do it accidentally ;)

    if you want the cash.... do as KOBAYASHI says above.

    SKY CC are very good, so you might be able to appeal to them as a genuine 'mistake'
