£6,000 Marksman Bounty Hunter @ 8pm

This made £8,460, presumably as it was a Bank Holiday, & all the headline MTT's did OK too. We need more Bank Holidays I reckon.

@varley, the winner. must be feeling pretty pleased with himself this morning, he's been here since 2010 & this was far & away his biggest win. His Sharky graph today is a thing of beauty, with one of those lovely northbound spikes. Well done varley.

@varley 1410000 1 £1120.95 + £533.21 Head Prizes 16

@Pokerden25 0 2 £668.34 + £214.63 Head Prizes 11

@alancarr12 0 3 £401.85 + £87.13 Head Prizes 4

@jordz16 0 4 £317.25 + £11.25 Head Prizes 1

@lisabrad04 0 5 £268.61 + £100.73 Head Prizes 5

@bhoyo1888 0 6 £224.19 + £88.60 Head Prizes 5

Bubble boy was @HAYSIE, & it must be well over half a century since he was last described as a "boy". One doubts he outplayed anyone, he just kept arguing & wore them down.

    £1,500 Mini Marksman @ 8.30pm

    This did well too, £2,025.

    A nice result for the winner, @Ashtonite, who seems relatively new to MTT's here.

    Just for the record, the runner-up was @33rpm.

    @Ashtonite 810000 1 £253.12 + £86.98 Head Prizes 15

    @33rpm 0 2 £141.75 + £25.24 Head Prizes 7

    @lasthere 0 3 £83.63 + £19.34 Head Prizes 8

    £1,000 Quickdraw @ 10.30pm

    £1,100, ooh, in off the post. It counts though.

    The winner has less than 100 MTT's to his name here, but a good win generally suggests they will play a lot more in future. Well done maverick.

    If you had seen it, even someone as unsympathetic as you, might have shed a little tear, or at least, not be rubbing it in so much.

    No (apart from the timing being amusing). A simple "well done" will suffice.

    Whereas the line of the day is undoubtedly-

    "Just for the record, the runner up was @33rpm"

    One of your best, Tony.

    From a man who plays as "ABC Geriatric" on several sites in homage to another one ;)

    No phil, people love to hate the honest ones who speak up so i'll get some heros being rude and trying to be relevant no doubt...

    But ty for you well done, played pretty well tbh, got very lucky one hand, lucky one more but rest i'd say i did the correct play at the correct times and got em in good and got most value where i could.

    Good luck on your next game

    The first one was pocket sixes, turned into a set on the flop, which included an ace, giving my opponent a pair. The turn is a 5 pairing the board and giving me a fh. The river is an ace turning my reasonable stack into a small one.

    The last one was a 400k pot, 7 left. Flopped a set. Same story, opponent flops pair of aces, queen of hearts kicker. All the chips are in, turn and river are both hearts, making four in total, and a flush, ouch.

    I was at that moment not thinking about Brexit.

    Please don't encourage him, he made a very similar joke the last time @33rpm was mentioned in these write ups and I made the mistake of commending him on his wit, now look what's happened, he's recycling the same joke, he is fast becoming the Joe Pascquale of this poker forum.
