Stars problems

Sorry bit off topic for sky but just wanted to check if anyone else has had similar issues as below. If this is not allowed I apologise in advance.

Roughly 5/6 days ado I updated my Email to a more current one on the client - My account was instantly frozen. I have contacted the email that pops up, I have contacted general support but I have not even had an automated Email reply.

My account is around 9/10 years old they have all my documents etc and truthfully I play there very sporadically mainly zoom cash and the odd mtt.

Just seems very odd they are not replying to me in any shape or form.

    Their FAQ page says:

"A 4-digit validation code will automatically be sent to your new email address. Once you have this code, return to the section of your account where you changed your email, and go to Validate email address."

Enter that code, check spam for the email in question etc if you haven't already.

    ---

Other possibilities are that they've sent some kind of verification to your old email address as a security check and locked your account pending confirmation that you were the person who changed your details, in which case you'll probably need to get onto live chat (if you can use it without logging in) or phone them if you don't have access to the old email address.

Yeah new Email was validated - freeze still in place :/

There is no possible way to contact live chat without being logged in from the client. Nothing in my old Email However they did respond to another query non frozen account related to the new Email - When I asked them about the frozen account they then stopped replying again.... Its very very weird.

According to twitter people have been waiting 4 months with similar problems and no contact from support.

As far as I am aware they dont have a phone number you can contact them on?

I went onto their live chat just now to see if they had a customer support phone number. Nope :(

I did say afterwards that a friend was having issues logging into their account and wasn't getting a response via email. They asked me for a user ID which surprised me as I was expecting them to just say we can't discuss other people's accounts, so maybe you can get someone you know in real life with a Stars account to go onto live chat and ask them to get in touch with you? Might help to speed things up a bit.
