What the flip?

I feel like this may have happened a couple of times recently but may have passed me by to a certain extent and I didn't double check the hand history to confirm but did on this occasion. Any one else experienced hands being 'Voided' in MTT/satellites and any explanations as to why this is happening?

I have seen this happen maybe a couple of times over the years. It is pretty rare and is some kind of software glitch.
