Who won what on Monday. Might contain the worst pun ever.

To be honest, some of my puns are beyond terrible, (wait, what, you already knew that?) but at least it means you'll have to read the report properly so you can spot it.

An acceptable night on the Guarantee front, with everything covering, although Sheriff was a close run thing, coming on bang on the number.

    £6,000 Marksman BH

    Our winner, @ethey, plays MTT's infrequently here, in June just 2 Satellites & 2 Main Events, but he's started July with a bang. Don't know much about him, but a Sharky rating of 77 suggests he knows the score. Took 14 heads in this, too, so he accounted for ~7.5% of the field.

    You know all about Mean Machine Smithy & The Dart, & it was great to see old George ( @GlencoeLad ) make another Final to show that the old boys can still cut it. Some of them, anyway.

    In 6th was @kc8 who just about makes the Sky Poker Top 20 by Count in 2019. Been here since 2014, & has a really nice Sharky graph. Made nothing for the first 15 months then seemingly upped his game, since when his graph has progressed steadily northwards. Nice work @kc8.

    £1,500 Mini Marksman

    @Harrigan07 plays pretty slim volume here, & this was his first MTT for a fortnight, but he celebrated in style with a nice win.

    Runner-Up @LiamRynn has plenty of Sharky Stars, including a gold one for 2019 Count, (sits 3rd on the list), & also sits 20th on MTT Profit here in 2019. Decent SNG-er too.

    In 4th was @ospreys118 who seems to play about 1 MTT per month. In the avian world ospreys live exclusively on fish. 'Nuff said.

    5th placed @briscoe911 is another rare visitor, this being just his 3rd Sky Poker MTT in 3 months. Strange how some players are here nightly, & others just pop in as the fancy takes them.

    @Bennett93 meanwhile had a busy night, & in addition to 6th in this, he was 5th in a fiver jobbie & 3rd in a hundo deep stack.

    @Harrigan07 844000 1 £263.75 + £71.13 Head Prizes 8

    @LiamRynn 0 2 £147.70 + £36.55 Head Prizes 9

    @Matty21 0 3 £87.14 + £9.52 Head Prizes 3

    @ospreys118 0 4 £69.10 + £42.09 Head Prizes 13

    @briscoe911 0 5 £58.02 + £9.96 Head Prizes 4

    @Bennett93 0 6 £46.95 + £48.04 Head Prizes 14

    Duesenberg had a deep run & it increasingly looks like he can cut it as an MTT Reg. Maybe he should start a Diary.

    @Duesenberg 0 18 £7.81 + £23.33 Head Prizes 9

    £2,000 Sheriff

    You may not be overly familiar with the winner, but he's clocked up over 25,000 MTT's here.

    5ausages was done in 2nd, with the Heavy Brigade all clustered behind him, including at least one exceedingly boring accountant. Good to see he is still getting enough results to balance the books. Not so much a legend as a ledger.

    @smith1408 200000 1 £400 + £111.35 Head Prizes 2

    @5ausages 0 2 £250 + £109.05 Head Prizes 4

    @GFKIJKLL 0 3 £150 + £117.48 Head Prizes 4

    @MattBates 0 4 £110 + £127.73 Head Prizes 4

    @mattprawn 0 5 £90 + £42.19 Head Prizes 2

    @Arrogant 0 6 £154.70 Head Prizes 6

    Mr Clock features for the 2nd day running. Took 5 Head Prizes too, the 2nd best in the Tourney. No further comment M'Lord or else I'll be in trouble again.

    @clock123 0 7 £112.50 Head Prizes 5

    £1,000 Quickdraw

    Very much dominated by Team Heavy with Mean Machine, miniman, SenorBegs & alancarr all making the final of the 22 runner affair.

    An unlucky exit in 4th for badger6537, sett over sett.

    @GSmith13 110000 1 £275 + £150.08 Head Prizes 3

    @miniman88 0 2 £165 + £18.75 Head Prizes 1

    @skweeki 0 3 £110 + £131.55 Head Prizes 5

    @Badger6537 0 4 0

    @SenorBegs 0 5 £71.49 Head Prizes 3

    @alancarr12 0 6 £42.19 Head Prizes 2

    Here's something we don't see every day - The Bates plum last. Been dropped from the preferred list I'm guessing.

    Nearly as good as FCHDs puns only nearly ;)

    "Sett over Sett". Quality.

    Even FCHD would have been mildly satisfied with that one.

    thankyou sir, it seems i'll be in your posts tomorrow too with my 3rd place tonight, kaz deserved his spot in 1st though, disguised his play well and played well imo, made some tough correct calls...

    i went down to 5k chips (think this was around 38th place) and last place at one point too following some donk play getting aggressive and hitting runner runner straight, came back well though and was always in good (and didn't get 'donked' too when in good)....

    thankyou a 'very lot' for noting my head prizes sir....

    Tony, if you look up "boring" in Yellow Pages it says "see engineers". Concrete and all that.

    I think Mr Bates was plumb last not plum last. Feels like we've had this conversation before.

    Or am I missing a very subtle pun? A plum pun come to that?

    Here's something we don't see every day - The Bates plum last. Been dropped from the preferred list I'm guessing.
