Who won what on Wednesday. Binary number wins the Main & the clock keeps ticking.

Given the heatwave we seem to be experiencing, the Sky Suits, & @Sky__James James in particular (he qualifies as a suit even though he does not own one) must be delighted that once again the Headline MTT's all covered last night.

If we can get through another month or two, traffic will pick up again when the nights draw in, but this time of year is a little fraught for northern hemisphere online poker sites.

A few storms & maybe the occasional tempest would be great for traffic, but I guess we should not wish for such things.

    £6,000 Predator Main @ 8pm

    It's many a year - well many a decade actually - since I learned (& forgot) about binary numbers, but it looks like the Main was won by one last night when 010100101 took the honours. I tried to work out what that number is expressed in decimals, & it came to 165, which I'm quietly confident is incorrect. Any binary experts here know what the answer should be? Anyway, our binary friend single-tabled his was to victory last night, so well done him.

    Continuing the recent trend of players returning after a break & running deep, runner-up Bruceb75 has been AWOL from MTT's for over 2 months but returned with a bang. Nice to see you, to see you nice.

    Same for 3rd placed randles99, who was gracing Sky Poker with his MTT presence for only the thirds time in 2018.

    @010100101 1085000 1 £878.85 + £187.08 Head Prizes 4

    @Bruceb75 0 2 £530.57 + £274.39 Head Prizes 12

    @randles99 0 3 £320.62 + £260.63 Head Prizes 11

    @Kevilfish 0 4 £252.26 + £119.46 Head Prizes 8

    @smiffy88 0 5 £214.83 + £172.44 Head Prizes 10

    @jedinemo 0 6 £179.03 + £117.49 Head Prizes 6

    Good run by @Allan23 in 10th.

    @Allan23 0 10 £79.75 + £73.84 Head Prizes 5

    And how about these two old-timers, combined age 149? Well done Ian & Neil.

    @MacMonster 0 18 £36.46 + £16.88 Head Prizes 1

    @jakally 0 19 £36.46 + £11.25 Head Prizes 1

    £1,500 Mini Predator @ 8.30pm

    The Mini went to fordie62, but we must make special mention of runner-up Duesenberg.

    Guitar Blokes thread asks if he can cut it at MTT's. Well if Sharky is correct, just a bit. A rating of 80, an ROI of 56%, and an average profit per MTT of £5.68 on an average stake of under £7 looks pretty good to me. Being the modest soul he is, of almost @Irishrose proportions, I'm sure he'll tell us that the numbers are distorted by this that or the other. The number are the numbers though, how else can we judge a player? Well done Sir, that's jolly fine pokering.

    @fordie62 796000 1 £251.24 + £77.69 Head Prizes 11

    @Duesenberg 0 2 £146.26 + £28.90 Head Prizes 6

    @flogger68 0 3 £88.56 + £23.65 Head Prizes 6

    @smirnoff65 0 4 £70.84 + £35.45 Head Prizes 11

    @humberfish 0 5 £59.70 + £18.69 Head Prizes 4

    @hhammerhea 0 6 £48.66 + £21.20 Head Prizes 5

    Deep runs by two forum favourites too, in MynaFrett & engy, both of whom have Sharky graphs & stats that most of us envy.

    @MynaFrett 0 14 £9.85 + £6.14 Head Prizes 2

    @engy 0 15 £9.85 + £10.02 Head Prizes 3

    £2,000 Sheriff @ 9pm

    Melty's win propels him to 5th place in the Sharky 2019 Sky Poker MTT Profit League although those numbers are not always accurate. Either way, a formidable opponent.

    Runner-up clock123 was making his 4th consecutive appearance in these updates, which is a very lot quite a lot so he's gradually moving from infamous to famous. 5 in a row will mean the Sky Poker doom switch is activated.

    @chicknMelt 210000 1 £420 + £273.62 Head Prizes 8

    @clock123 0 2 £262.50 + £127.14 Head Prizes 3

    @Arrogant 0 3 £157.50 + £18.75 Head Prizes 1

    @mags81 0 4 £115.50 + £264.85 Head Prizes 11

    @MattBates 0 5 £94.50 + £18.75 Head Prizes 1

    Just the 24 runners, so winner Haydenx37 must have been a proper PITA as he took 9 bounties.

    As it happens Tikay, those numbers are distorted by my occasional dabbling with DYM's. If you filter for scheduled tournaments and just look at MTT results, my average profit it £6 and my ROI is 61%.

    You were right about the modest part though ;)

    I bought a book once called "1001 Interesting Facts about Binary Numbers".

    It was a complete swindle - It only had nine things in it !!
