Good morning.
Welcome to a new week of the Forum Comp.
The football season will soon be on us, giving us better choice, but it's a little early for now. I did look at Speedway, which is live on Sky Sports tonight, but the Market is not sufficiently formed.
Luckily, evening racing continues for a while yet, is a pleasant watch, & most of us enjoy the horses, so we are off to Windsor again this evening, as we have so often of late on Monday evenings.
If any of you have ideas for other sports we could add to our portfolio, let me know please. Happy to try anything, but it needs to be evenings, or very late afternoon, & a competitive betting market is required.
And finally, before we get started, a quick shout-out to
@EdNo,
@tai-gar &
@Duesenberg who were (subject to confirmation) 1st, 2nd & 3rd respectively in last week's competition. I'll arrange the prizes in due course. Well done all three.

The Going for Windsor tonight is currently forecast to be Good to Firm, & watering continues.
How do they assess the going?
One of these things, which goes by the fabulous no-frills name of a going stick.
They replaced the old-fashioned, & probably just as good, walking-stick;
They are due off at 8.30, so we'll close entries at 8.15.
