Who won what on Thursday

Despite being the hottest UK day on record, or nearly so, all 4 headline MTT's covered last night. That must have been a 33/1 shot.

The SPT Brighton Semi was on the naughty step though, just 11 runners, but it did produce a pleasing result.

    £1,500 Hitman Mini (£1,915)

    Less than 2 weeks ago @MARK277 enjoyed his best ever result on Sky Poker when he won the Mini, & last night he repeated the feat, winning it again. He had been playing £33 Main Events & was losing money until he made the decision to play smaller events, & it has paid off big time, as his graph has soared into profit. Seems a lovely chap, too. Well done Mark.

    No less pleasing to see tomgoodun finish 2nd, his results keep improving, & he's well on track to make 100 Sky Poker Final Tables in 2019.

    mufcbob finished 3rd, & just minutes ago, won a fiver Turbo NH that started at 9am this morning.

    4th was Gigitygoon. Surely not Quaqmire?

    @MARK277 766000 1 £241.77 + £63.17 Head Prizes 9

    @tomgoodun 0 2 £140.75 + £40.83 Head Prizes 7

    cpfc is running hot too - nothing new there - and was 5th here after winning Quickdraw the previous night.

    £1,000 Quickdraw (£1,200)

    What a tough final this must have been, with the honours eventually going the way of Dog Bloke.

    SPT Brighton Semi (11 runners)

    Arise Sir Rose. It wa always 1/100 that we'd see Rose in Brighton, but she sealed the deal last night.

    Both MISTY & chris now have multi seats for Brighton. Meanwhile, @madprof has exactly zero Brighton seats.

    @IrishRose 18027.50 1 SPT Brighton Seat

    @MISTY4ME 9667.50 2 SPT Brighton Seat

    @chrisdonkb 5305 3 SPT Brighton Seat

    Ty kind sir :blush: I was planning on going to Brighton even if I didn't win a seat - but winning the seat was definately on my "to do list".

    Seems the heat might be getting to you a little bit though Mr @Tikay10 as you seem to have posted this thread in a different location to normal... (or is that a clever ploy on your part to ensure we read all the threads daily?)

    Stupid question time......

    What does having multiple seats mean? Is it basically free re-entries if you bust? How does having 4 seats work? What happens if you don't use them?

    Ha, wish I could claim a "clever ploy" but it was just me being sloppy. I've moved it now.

    Look forward to seeing you in Brighton.

    Hi @waller02

    Players are allowed to win up to 4 seats for SPT Brighton.

    SPT Brighton is a limited re-entry, you can re-enter ONCE on each starting day, so in total, you could, in theory, enter 4 times. (Twice on the Friday, twice on the Saturday).

    Unused seats are carried forward to SPT Nottingham, though I believe players must turn up & play in Brighton.

    Here's what the T & C's say;

    3. Each player is eligible to win up to a maximum of 4 seats for SPT Brighton. These can be used for Day 1a and Day 1b at a maximum of 2 per day. You do not need to inform us which flight or flights you intend to play.

    4. Any seat won through satellites not used during the SPT Brighton may be used at a future leg of the 2019 SPT Tour. Any seats not used in 2019 will be forfeit.

    I thought might the case but wasn't too sure. I'm hoping to attend my first SPT at Nottingham so just wanted to check.

    Thanks.

    He recently lost his Dad, and his Mum isn't too well either, but he's defo hoping to make Nottingham SPT

    Thanks for the kind words @Tikay10 much appreciated

    Hopefully I can keep the graph going the right way. I then plan on spending this on playing the Manchester stop later in the year.

    Didn't realise you were going. All of a sudden Manchester seems more appealing...
