I don't believe they have an e-Mail system for resolving queries from players.
On the "Help & Support" page, they give details of how to contact them via;

If none of those suit your needs in this case, you could either post it on the Forum or send it to me via PM. In both cases I will simply pass it to the Tech Team direct. However, you should not use either of these 2 methods if it involves divulging any personal or Account info.
I led out with top set and then hand just “died” and quickly moved onto next one - if you can see pic i took from hand summary i tried to upload then you’ll see zero summary of what happened in hand so quite the mystery!
Opponent had a draw he said so it either cost me a lot or saved me a lot ! - mathematically the former ovbs
I'm afraid it seems to have been one of those occasions when for reasons unknown - some sort of problem with the software I guess - the entire hand was voided & all stakes returned.
This has happened on occasions previously, though thankfully it's exceedingly rare.
So we'll never know how the hand might have panned out in the end, & maybe that's just as well.
Apologies for any inconvenience, &, in some ways, I hope you would have lost if it had played out to the end.
Thanks Tikay for timely reply - yes it certainly is very rare occurrence so will just move on and put it down to “spillage”- good to know stakes were returned and no issue on my side - yes I will take the half full approach and assume villain would have got there then 😎. Was at Anfield at weekend but hopefully see you soon at next SPT - Barcelona next week 😁
