Really busy night last night, with the Headline MTT's beating Guarantee by a combined 34%. Bear in mind of course that on Friday the Main is £10,000 & the Mini £4,000, both of which are the biggest of the week except for the Sunday Major.

The £2,000 Sheriff had a whopper, coming in almost double at £3,940, while even Quickdraw, which looked to be on it's last legs a few months back, came in at £2,150.

Don't know much about the winner, but seems to only play 1 or 2 MTT's per session. Highly rated though, Sharky has him at 80.

Runner-up cjy makes frequent appearances in these Updates, so we know all about him. Liverpool supporter too.

I had not intended to mention 3rd-placed Trellis, but I did not want to cause him a fence.

The "Welcome back mate" syndrome strikes again. Winner farahani had been MTT AWOL for almost a fortnight.

Runner-up pizzaman92 must have been short of tables whilst going deep this, as he regged for a little BH at 11.45pm & came 2nd in that too. 2 runner-up spots in the same session is a bit painful, though most would swap in a heartbeat.

lolufold, seen briefly at SPT Brighton, was 3rd.

Groggy, fresh from scooping £18,000 at SPT Brighton, added another £880 to his bulging coffers. Trust Groggs to win the biggest Sheriff we've had in many a month.
