Who won what on Monday

Tikay10Tikay10 Member, Administrator, Moderator Posts: 172,092

The return of Monday Night Football is great for Sky Bet, but not so much for Sky Poker. It was always so, of course.

Last night's 4 Headliners all covered, but it was a close run thing, with the Main coming on bang on the number, & the other 3 covering, though not by much.

In all, prize pools for the 4 biggies beat Guarantee by just 7.3%.

Hopefully, tonight's Live football won't be so damaging, can't imagine Hull City v Blackburn Rovers will keep too many people away from the poker tables.

    £6,000 Marksman Main (£6,000)

    Looks like I got it wrong. On Thursday last, I wrote;

    luckme002 is having a tidy week, he won Quickdraw on Monday, & now the Main on Wednesday. His next win is scheduled for Friday.

    In fact it took him until last night to win again. However, it was another Main Event, so that's 2 Mains & a Quickdraw in 8 nights, & he barely played over the weekend. Beast. (Official).

    @luckme002 1000000 1 £817.50 + £417.64 Head Prizes 12

    @JTDiamond 0 2 £490.50 + £163.85 Head Prizes 8

    @Super_Oli 0 3 £300 + £48.53 Head Prizes 3

    @BIGJAY 0 4 £235.50 + £52.91 Head Prizes 4

    @bampfers 0 5 £201 + £119.58 Head Prizes 5

    £1,500 Mini Marksman (£1,720)

    Lovely win for mellbro, who has over 10,000 MTT's here to his name, with gooner515 coming up just shy. As an Arsenal fan, he'll be used to that.

    And look who finished 3rd - tomgoodun. That'll be about his 100th FT in 2019, though sadly - very sadly - we don't have his Diary any more to keep us up to date with the swings & swongs of Good Tom.

    @mellbro 688000 1 £217.15 + £69.32 Head Prizes 11

    @gooner515 0 2 £126.42 + £23.82 Head Prizes 6

    @tomgoodun 0 3 £76.54 + £40.17 Head Prizes 11

    £1,000 Quickdraw (£1,250)

    Prior to winning this it was exactly a week since chicknmelt won an MTT here, which is a long time by his standards, though he made plenty of FT's along the way.

    @chicknMelt 125000 1 £312.50 + £179.68 Head Prizes 4

    Some great results, but why do you never reveal the winner of the most difficult tournament on Sky Poker? Obviously I am talking about the 7.30pm freeroll, I wonder who won that last night?

    Thanks for the mention, this daily thread gives me the nudge to try that little bit harder ( get luckier)
    I’m currently of a mindset to start another diary , trying to think of a suitable title. “Toms got the nuts “ maybe not..
    The swongs were evident 3 handed when I was 2nd in chip count and decided to ignore that “ Don’t go to war with the larger stack when you can pick the small stack off” thing
    My QQ v A 10 aipf got mullered by a rivered straight 😊

    I do hope you do, Tom, & I'm not alone.

    Another very popular "lapsed" Diary is about to re-start (fingers crossed), & if you were to start another I'd be really pleased. The Forum needs a little lift at the moment, and what better than Diaries by popular contributors.
