Frozen tables?

Around 1 am tonight, 3 tables froze on me (and others) whilst watching paint dry playing DYM's. I was on a good streak too...ish.

Can Sky please investigate and also let me know if games are void or not for 'run' purposes. Cheers.

    im in tournament now at 1.22 am, no cards being dealt. if i log off and go to bed will it be paid out on CURRENT stacks ?

    I was on the table with MAXALLY....It was a £5.50 Turbo DYM that started at 00:55. I saw in the lobby it got to level 15 at least, and lasted over 30mins..... pretty good that as they're expected to be finished in just over 10 mins :)

    I could get other tables up to view, but the one above just kept saying "Communication Error, please reload the table..... but it wouldn't reload. Very frustrating :s

    Alan, 2 wins is not a 'good streak'.... >:)
    ( More than me, mind...Yesterday I was determined to lay down an £11 DYM streak but 2 consecutive losses...hmmm :s )

    It's easy when you haven't a table to play on or any cards to play with :)

    ( More than me, mind...Yesterday I was determined to lay down an £11 DYM streak but 2 consecutive losses...hmmm :s )

    TBH not interested in whether they count for Streak Week or not...... Can I have my money back for a Sit'n'Go that had a problem and we couldn't play it? :s

    Checking my account today to see how much Reward points paid me for the week, I noticed another manual transaction for £5.50 for 'game crashing' .

    Hopefully, you will see one too @MISTY4ME . As for the other games, it looks like they were wrote off. I never did like playing DYM's anyway ;)
