Forum Comp Day 4, Thursday, Horse Racing from Chelmsford. Note early start - 6.50pm

Football will return on & from Friday, so tonight will be the last horse racing for a few days.
Unfortunately, the later races at Chelmsford City (the only evening Meeting) are not suitable, so we've had to go for the 6.50pm. On this occasion only, the deadline will be the same as the start time, to give everyone a little more time.
