Issues with MTT & Satellites tonight

Evening guys.

There is currently (18.48) a problem with Satellites & some of the MTT's running & scheduled tonight, they are currently appearing TWICE in the Lobby.

The Suits are aware & it has been raised with the Techs in Service Desk.

I've no idea at present how long it will take to resolve, but when I hear anything I'll keep you updated.

    The duplicated Satellites & MTT's have now been removed, & (ignoring a few that started earlier), the problem looks to be, on the face of it, resolved for now. However, the cause still needs to be determined to ensure it does not recur tomorrow.

    The Suits will keep an eye on it throughout the evening.

    Please don't hesitate to mention it if you see anything untoward. Please use this thread though, its better if we keep all feedback in one place.

    I've definitely been short changed £10.50....

    I pre-regged the SPT Quarter final at 8.35pm (I noticed there were 2 of these but only registered one).

    I then won a £2.30 feeder into the quarter final...rather than giving me the cash alternative, it put me into the other SPT quarter. Before I could do anything about it, the duplicate one was removed - but i wasn't refunded the £10.50 :'(

    Sorry about that, but given what happened it's not altogether surprising.

    Can't promise that any refunds players are due will be processed tonight, but they will be processed no later than tomorrow morning.

    Think you were a bit unlucky there, am not (yet....) aware of anyone else who has suffered this fate.

    Your refund will be processed this evening, very shortly in fact.

    No worries, if it's not sorted until tomorrow morning, that's absolutely fine.

    happened to me and another in Notts £5 sat - session 24844066401 on 2019-09-12 19:53:47
    the other players name was scorchio
    we both qualified then not in quarter

    hope that is all the required info

    Those two refunds have been processed. (The other chap was "scorpio" not "scorchio").
