No sound on my Mac air

HI, For some time now I've had no sound on my MacBook air when playing poker. All settings are on and the sound works fine for anything else I use it for but the minute I start a game I get no sound at all. Ive checked the sky poker settings and my devices and both are all ok but still nothing Any ideas anyone ??

I can't get the sound on my iMac either. It is ok on iPad. Don't know why?
