Benn last fought in 1996 when he was beaten by Steve Collins for a second time.
His fight against Bika - who is 15 years Benn's junior and last fought in 2017 - will be sanctioned by the British and Irish Boxing Authority.
Benn had held discussions with the British Boxing Board of Control but they advised him they would not issue the veteran with a licence.

I hugely enjoyed watching Nigel Benn in his prime, but I'm not sure he should be allowed to box at his current age.
Problem is, how do you stop it? If he can't get a licence to fight, presumably he just has an unlicensed fight.
