Suggest that the problem is likely to be your bank...

For most customers here, it's virtually instant, as many of them will tell you.
The problem, as @Essexphil suggested, is almost certainly at your bank, not Sky Poker.
By reputation, all the Sky Betting & Gaming businesses have a reputation for being the fastest payers in the Industry. Not because they are nice people (though I'm sure they are) but because they WANT you to have your money quickly, so that you can come back sooner & play again. That's the logic.
