"My tables" and "find a player" in download client

The above features have not worked in a long time for me within the download client, but work fine when logged in via browser.

Does anyone know how this can be fixed/ what the problem is?

    I've no idea what the solution is but can confirm the same has been true with me for as long as I can remember.

    Due to the above I also use the browser for those features. Sometimes they stop working in browser too but I've generally found that clearing cookies gets things up and running again.

    Given the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the future of Sky and its software platform, I wouldn't hold your breath for a proper fix any time soon.

    From faded memory, I think it's something to do with clearing cache in your browser.

    Or clearing cache in I.E. even if you use Firefox or Chrome.
