Liverpool had barely touched the ball, it was all City.

City were then denied a clear penalty, but from the clearance, Liverpool had their front three parked on the halfway line & looked like scoring. The attack broke down but the ball rebounded to Fabinho who hit a worldie from 25 yards which was right in the corner of the net. Great goal.

12 minutes go by before Liverpool's 2nd attack, lovely cross & Mo Salah thrillingly heads it in without breaking stride. Wonderful goal. Suspicion of offside but VAR say it's OK, so it's OK.

Cracking first half, definitely helped by the decision of City to play without a defence.

It's not over yet, City have made several chances but are not quite clicking up front so far.

Henderson crosses from near the corner flag, and despite 3 City "defenders" + the 'keeper, Mane heads it in. Lovely job.
