Forum Comp Day 3, WEDNESDAY. EFL Cup, Southend v AFC Wimbledon @ 19.45

Once again, due to the infamous International Break, we are struggling to find a worthwhile football match or horse race, but we've managed to come up with the EFL tie between Southend & Wimbledon, which is (almost) a local derby, & has a reasonably balanced betting book.
Both Teams are having a dire season in League One. Wimbledon are one place above the relegation zone, whilst Southend, if we ignore Bolton's points deduction, are stone cold bottom, & by some distance. 1 win & 2 Draws in 17 games is as bad as it gets, even Stoke City, admittedly a division higher (at the moment) are not that bad.
