Who won what on Thursday

Good morning.

A thoroughly underwhelming evening, as the Main missed by a significant amount, and whilst the Mini, Sheriff & Quickdraw all got over the line, the numbers did not exactly sparkle.

On a brighter note, the SPT Manchester Quarter & Semi both made really good numbers. A reminder (again, sorry) that this Sunday is the last Semi Final for Manchester, as Satellites won't be running beyond Sunday. Direct buy-in may be open for a few days next week, but that's it.

£6,000 Hitman Main - £6,000

£1,500 Hitman Mini - £1,670

£2,000 Sheriff - £2,150

£1,000 Quickdraw - £1,500

    £6,000 Hitman Main (£6,000)

    The ratio of Final Tables to wins by Cash1No is most impressive. This was his 4th win in 5 Finals since July, with 1 x Hitman, 2 x Sheriff's & a Predator to his credit plus 2nd in Sheriff - & no other Finals. So when he Finals he makes it count.

    2nd was Lightwood, who we don't see nearly enough on the Forum, as he writes so lucidly, whilst miniman88 scored yet again in 3rd. Has anyone ever seen miniman88 & Mike Postle in the same room? Thought not. Team Tin Hat are on the case.

    £1,500 Hitman Mini (£1,670)

    Victory went to Karl100 who has not graced these results threads since August when he ran 4th in Gold Rush Mini.

    manutd99 was 2nd. "Man Utd & 2nd" is not something we see very often these days, they are, like Leeds United & Stoke City, relics of yesteryear who can't hack it at the top these days.

    In 6th was JaKino, who won Marksman earlier this week, & was 2nd in a UKOPS High Roller after winning his ticket in a Rewards Freroll.

    @Karl100 668000 1 £217.10 + £61.47 Head Prizes 9

    IKR69 took this down, ahead of bearlyther who had been quiet of late before popping up in 5th in Tuesday's Summit.

    destinycod was in 3rd plaice, ahead of DrRunGood who limped into 4th.

    Dave Norsden, who I hope we will see in Manchester next week, along with Sue, was 5th, with Melty rounding off the FT.

    Pleasing to see Doughboys get a good result, I heard he plans to donate some of his winnings to today's Children in Knead.

    SPT Grand Final Quarter (31 entries)

    With 31 entries, 6 of them booked seats into the Semi Final, although Boring Bloke will need to get very lucky if he wants to turn it into a seat in Manchester.

    jubb picked up some loose change in 7th.

    SPT Grand Final Semi (26 entries + 2 re-entries)

    Boring Bloke got very lucky.

    Curiously, all 5 seat winners already had seats, lolufold, Boring Bloke, Jaystac & riverbo464 were all winning their 2nd seat, whilst StayOrGo was winning his 3rd. Players can win up to 4 seats, so we may well see these guys trying again on Sunday, which will be the last SPT Mancy Semi-Final, which I may have mentioned before. Frequently.

    @lolufold 31255 1 SPT Grand Final Seat

    @mattprawn 30355 2 SPT Grand Final Seat

    Not a bad result for junior10 who snaffled £330 in 6th. Very handy.

    Looking forward to that.

    Thought @lolufold would get his seat to Manchester. It was about the time his 9 7 beat my AA... :)
