Virginia Giuffre—who said she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew by Jeffrey Epstein—says she has four days to live after a car crash with a school bus.
Giuffre said she was "ready to go" but wanted to see her children one last time before her body gave up the fight.
She posted a photograph of herself with a visible head injury on Instagram and wrote: "This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won't bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can.
"I've gone into kidney renal failure, they've given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.
"I'm ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.
"S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it's still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia."
Her father, Sky W. Roberts, wrote a comment on her post: "Virginia my daughter, I love you and praying for you to get the correct treatment to live a long and healthy life. If there is anything in this world I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit with you now and holding your hand."

Prince Andrew’s ex mocks abuse accuser Virginia Giuffre as she ‘fights for her life’ after car crash
An ex-girlfriend of Prince Andrew has mocked his accuser, Virginia Giuffre, after she claimed to have just days to live following a brutal car crash.
Giuffre, a victim of Jeffrey Epstein who made headlines around the world when she sued the British royal for sexual assault in 2021, posted on Instagram on Sunday that she had been given "four days to live" due to kidney failure following the wreck.
Prince Andrew has always denied those allegations and settled out of court with Giuffre in 2022 for an unknown amount of money.
On Monday morning, Victoria Hervey — a British aristocrat, model, cryptocurrency promoter, sometime Covid-19 conspiracy theorist, and Donald Trump fan who briefly dated Prince Andrew in 1999 — offered her thoughts on Instagram.
"KARMA," wrote the 48-year-old over Giuffre's hospital selfie, adding the mocking soundtrack of Europe's 1986 glam rock smash 'The Final Countdown'.
"If Virginia Giuffre really does have days to live, then a complete confession is needed. I don't believe it though. The FBI are on her right now and arrest warrants are incoming: she's conveniently dying to evade jail."
Hervey, who is the eldest child of the 6th Marquess of Bristol and the product of more than two centuries of aristocratic breeding, gave no evidence to support that claim — just as she offered none in 2022 when she accused Giuffre of using an "Irish body double" to fake a famous photo that appears to show Giuffre with Prince Andrew.
In Monday’s post, she called Giuffre “the queen of the fake photo” and again accused her of inventing her accusations, as well as her injuries. She claimed to have heard from “reliable sources” that the FBI was preparing to arrest Giuffre, and that it was “almost time to celebrate” her downfall.
Hervey has previously claimed that Epstein’s web of sexual favors was “not a trafficking operation”, and that all his accusers were "fame-hungry drug addict prostitutes".
It seems there's more to this story than first thought.
Police reveal new details as Prince Andrew's accuser Virginia Giuffre says she has 'days to live' after crash.
New information has been revealed by the police regarding the bus crash which allegedly left Prince Andrew's accuser, Virginia Giuffre, in hospital with just 'days to live'.
On Monday, Ms Giuffre took to social media to claim that she had just four days to live after suffering injuries in a car crash, where she was allegedly hit by a bus travelling at 68 mph.
It is suggested from her social media that the American woman was in Perth, Australia in early March and now, local police have provided an update.
A spokesperson from the police force said: "The Western Australia Police Force received a report of a minor crash which occurred between a bus and a car in Neergabby on 24 March just after 3pm.
"The collision was reported by the bus driver the following day. The car sustained $2000 worth of damage. There were no reported injuries as a result of the crash."
While it cannot be said for sure whether Ms Giuffre was indeed the 41-year-old woman involved in the crash on March 24 confirmed by western Australia police, the authorities do suggest that that particular crash was a 'minor' one and that there were no reported injuries.
The BBC also says that both Western Australia police and ambulance services said they have no records of an accident of the severity Ms Giuffre describes happening in recent weeks.

Prince Andrew's accuser Virginia Giuffre 'charged with restraining order breach' days before mystery bus crash
Prince Andrew’s accuser Virginia Giuffre was charged with breaching a restraining order just days before she was injured in a bus crash and claimed she was dying.
The 41-year-old posted a picture of her badly bruised face on Instagram on Sunday, saying she was in a hospital bed and had been told she has just four days to live.
However her spokesperson confirmed on Wednesday that Ms Giuffre is not dying, she had “made a mistake”, and insisted that she had not intended to make the Instagram post public.
It has now emerged that Ms Giuffre was listed to appear at a magistrates court in Perth, Australia, ten days before the bus crash, over an allegation of breaching a family violence restraining order.
Her marriage to husband of 22-years Robert Giuffre has recently broken down, and they are no longer living together at their beachside mansion in the Ocean Reef suburb of Perth, the Mail reports.
Mr Giuffre has been separately charged with an allegation of “providing inadequate storage facility for firearms”.
Ms Giuffre fell victim to sex trafficking at the hands of paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein when she was a teenager. She accused Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, in a case that was eventually settled with a reported £12 million payout. The Duke denied the allegations against him.
On Sunday, Ms Giuffre suggested in her Instagram post that the car she was in had been hit by a school bus travelling at 110km/h.
“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology”, she wrote.
“I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.”
Two days before the car crash, Ms Giuffre posted a picture of her children on a beach with the caption: “My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies.
“I miss them so very much. I have been through **** and back in my 41 years but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else.
“Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens.”
Ms Giuffre met her husband when she was 19 and training as a masseuse in Thailand.
Police in Western Australia have confirmed the car crash, and said they have received “no report of any serious injuries”.
To be fair I remember thinking I was dying after drinking way too much alcohol however that was a long time ago, pre internet and in a time when we didn't try and garner sympathy and attention from strangers at every given opportunity. Oh the good old days.

I bet you didnt think it was going to take four days. FFS who gets 4 days. It sounds more like a prediction from a Fortune Teller, than advice from a Doctor.
