Morning.

The Friday Main is a £10,000 affair, so that's always a big ask, but it just about got there. The Mini is also super-sized at £4,000, was a different matter, beating it's Guarantee by a most handsome 34%. Sheriff & Quickdraw were fine, if not spectacular.

By the way, there's still time to Opt In to give yourself a chance to be in the Weeks 3 & 4 versions of the Big Game.

* Twitter is rammed with folks using that "y'all" thing. Don't you think it's utterly terrible? Joe Stapleton, aka Stapes, who many of you remember from Sky Poker TV before he went on to fame & fortune, is the worst culprit. He also inexplicably places an exclamation mark at the end of most sentences, & often in consecutive sentences. I like Joe & admire him greatly, but exclamation makes in consecutive sentences? Please...

Here, look at this Tweet from Mike The Mouth Matusow. 4 sentences, 4 exclamation marks. I mean, for goodness sake.

    £10,000 Avenger Rebuy B/Hunter (£10,260)


    I was quite surprised to see that this was, as far as I can see, Melty's biggest win in some time. He'll probably go on a heater now & clean up.

    BluTide, in 2nd, was having his best result since March 31st, when he ran 2nd in the Sunday Major for almost £2,500.

    3rd was skyflyer, who has won both Sheriff & Quickdraw in the last 8 days.

    In 4th was Doooobs, making his first appearance here since UKOPS finished. He does amazingly well from a relatively small sample size. He has 2 young daughters, & I can't begin to imagine how distracting that must be when Online pokering. Does not seem to affect his results though.

    £4,000 Mini Avenger Rebuy B/Hunter (£5,365)


    This was a 3rd FT for rigas in November but his first win, & a nice win it was, collecting some £860.

    Runner-up scimmer used to do quite well in PLO8 MTT's, but it's been a while since he featured in a Big 4 results thread.

    £1,000 Quickdraw (£1,150)

    This was a third Big 4 win for skyflyer in 9 days, after Quickdraw on 6th November & Sheriff 2 days ago. He seems to do especially well in the late evening £50-ers.

    scotty77 was 2nd, & he's well overdue for a win.
