Morning.

Once again, as per yesterday, results-lite today, with no waffle. My laptop won't hook up to the casino Wifi, so I'm really struggling. (I'm doing this from my hotel room).

The £10,000 Avenger Main missed by some 33 entries (£660), and I think that's the 2nd straight week Avenger Main has missed.

Mini & Quickdraw both did fine, but Sheriff missed by a single entry.

With so many of the Sky Poker MTT-ers up here in Manchester, I suppose those numbers were to be expected.

Prompted by the alias of the winner (who I assume is not in any way connected with the real "Roy the Boy", aka Roy Brindley), if you are struggling to think of an Xmas Pressie for a friend who enjoys poker, gambling, greyhound racing maybe, & a good yarn, you could do a lot worse than Roy Brindley's book. It's a thoroughly spiffing yarn from start to end.

Last time I spoke to Roy he was into F1 betting, though a sort of left-field version.
